I'm interested in the subject of food transformations. By this I mean transforming food from healthy food to very healthy food through some simple transformations.
What kind of transformation, you ask skeptically?
Here are some examples:
- Seeds + water + time = Sprouts
- Soybeans + culture + time = Tempeh
- Cabbage + salt + time = Sauerkraut
